Enrollment Advisor Job Opening

We are looking for a Ninja Teacher alum with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Enrollment Advisor — a remote role that involves talking with prospective TEFL teachers about teaching English in Vietnam and advising them on which of our TEFL programs to take in order to get started.

This role involves:

- Scheduling online appointments with prospective TEFL teachers.

- Conducting video calls to discuss teaching English in Vietnam and our programs.

- Answering questions and conducting follow-ups via email in a timely manner.

- Keeping detailed notes about candidate interactions and updates in CRM software.

- Communicating with other team members, attending training and team meetings.

- Meeting Enrollment department KPIs.

Requirements:

- Is a Ninja Teacher Vietnam TEFL Program alum in order to know what it is like going through the program.

- Has excellent people and communication skills.

- Is enthusiastic and passionate about the opportunity of teaching English in Vietnam.

- No previous sales experience is required, but good organizational skills and a willingness to learn is a must.

- Be available to commit at least 10 hours a week to the role.

- Must provide adequate weekly availability on call booking calendar at popular times.
