Full-Time Teacher Trainer Job Opening

We are seeking an experienced, passionate educator to join our team as a full-time teacher trainer for our TEFL training courses.

In this role, you will be:

- Observing, assessing, and giving feedback on TEFL course trainees’ practical teaching.

- Assisting TEFL trainee teachers with lesson planning guidance.

- Teaching ESL classes to young learners for observation by TEFL trainees.

- Leading curriculum planning and materials selection for a young learner English program.

- Conducting training input sessions with our TEFL course trainees.

- Other training-related duties, including reports, grading, and curriculum review.

- Assessing and supporting online TEFL course participants.

- Providing academic support and guidance to TEFL course participants throughout their courses.

Our ideal candidate for the role:

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree and teaching qualification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, CertTESOL).

- Has ESL teaching experience with Young Learners in Vietnam.

- Has teacher training and/or academic management experience with expat ESL teachers.

- Has obtained further relevant qualifications e.g. DELTA, DipTESOL, MA TESOL etc.

- Has the confidence and ability to lead a class of adult TEFL course participants.

- Is encouraging, patient, and excited about giving people the opportunity to start a new career as a teacher.

- Can instill a passion for teaching in new teachers as they begin their journeys as teachers in Vietnam.

- Full-time position at our central location in Bình Thạnh, Ho Chi Minh City.
