Job Opening At Ninja Teacher: Enrollment Advisor
Interested in working at Ninja Teacher? We are hiring an Enrollment Advisor to join our team, working with 3 other team members in the Enrollments department, to assist potential program participants with making a decision about joining one of our programs.
This role includes responsibilities, such as:
- Conducting video calls with potential program participants.
- Answering questions about our programs and teaching in Vietnam via email.
- Timely follow-ups with candidates and detailed record keeping.
- Weekly team meetings and training with the Enrollments team.
How it works:
- Receive training from our team on how to conduct calls, follow up with candidates, answer questions about our programs, and use our systems.
- You’ll start off by taking 1 – 2 calls per week and getting feedback on those as part of your training.
- Once you’ve passed the initial training period, you will add more availability on our call scheduling software and receive a higher number of call bookings.
- We estimate around 10 hours of work per week for this role, once you have passed the training period.
- The prime times that we need availability for calls are on weekends, as well as some timeslots during the week.
- We’re offering an hourly rate comparable to teaching work in Vietnam, with the benefits of being able to work semi-remotely, join a supportive team and grow within the company.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is a Ninja Teacher Vietnam TEFL Program alum so that you know what it was like going through the program.
- Has good people and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Is enthusiastic and passionate about the opportunity of teaching in Vietnam.
- Believes in our company Mission statement.
- Has good organizational skills and is willing to learn
