Job Opening At Ninja Teacher: Enrollments Advisor
Interested in working at Ninja Teacher? We are hiring an Enrollments Advisor to join our team, working with Miranda and Jarred to assist potential program participants with making a decision about joining one of our courses.
This role includes responsibilities, such as:
- Conducting video calls with potential program participants
- Answering questions about our programs and teaching in Vietnam via email
- Following up with candidates and record keeping
How it works:
- Get trained up by our team on how to conduct calls and use our systems
- We’ll start you off by taking a couple of calls per week and getting feedback on those
- Once you’re up to speed, set your availability on our call scheduling software and receive call bookings
- At this stage you’ll be able to complete about 5 – 10 hours of work per week
- There may be opportunities for more hours and further work in the company as we grow
- The prime times that we need availability for calls are: any time on weekends, and weekday evenings (with the possibility of some calls in the afternoon and mornings on weekdays)
- We’re offering an hourly rate comparable to teaching work in Vietnam, with the benefits of being able to work semi-remotely, join a supportive team and grow within the company.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is a Ninja Teacher Vietnam TEFL Program alum so knows what it was like going through the program
- Has good people and communication skills
- Is enthusiastic and passionate about the opportunity of teaching in Vietnam
- Has good organizational skills and is willing to learn
