The Lunch Lady of Saigon (Anthony Bourdain Loved This Restaurant in Vietnam!)
There are certain individuals out there who have the ability to truly capture peoples’ imaginations and inspire them to change their lives.
I believe the late Anthony Bourdain was one of those people.
As a food and travel TV show host, he showcased cultures around the world in a way that resonated with people and made them want to experience these places for themselves.
Anthony Bourdain also happened to particularly love Vietnam, even considering moving here at one point.
I’ve met a lot of people who have shared that he was one of the reasons they decided to move to Vietnam to start teaching English here.
So a couple of weeks ago I went with two of our Vietnam TEFL program attendees (who have now completed the program and already have teaching jobs) to eat at a restaurant famous for being on Bourdain’s show No Reservations.
