INTERVIEW: Teaching English In Korea ~ What’s The Life Of An Expat Like?

Hello there and welcome to another video from your friendly neighborhood… guy who tells you stuff about teaching in Korea?

Today’s video has a special appearance from a friend of mine, Charlie, who was nice enough to let me stick a camera in his face and interview him about his time here in Korea.

We get into topics from our arrival in Korea, to the importance of learning Korean and all the way to elderly Koreans and their love for hiking. So without further adieu here it is:

Sweet! I liked how we covered a few different aspects of life in Korea in the interview. Of course there’s a whole lot more to it and in some ways we only skimmed the surface. In fact, that’s one of the beauties of coming to live in a country like Korea: You get the FIRST HAND experience of it with all the good and the bad that comes with it, which is something you can’t convey in a video like this.

Be sure to check out Charlie’s video he made about Korea which really gives people the tingles. He even won some fancy award for it.

And if you’re thinking of teaching English in Korea and want the best way to get started check out the Ninja Teacher Community – a group I formed that gives you the very best support and advice on how to get started teaching from myself and others, along with full videos that break down the whole process for you in nice simple steps! 🙂

So be sure to check that out and feel free to contact me with any questions you have about teaching in Korea. Have a great day!
