Whenever I’m interviewing our Vietnam TEFL program alumni, I always ask them what advice they’d give to someone who is considering teaching English in Vietnam.

And the phrase “just do it” has been the answer several times. 😉

They’re happy with their decision to do it and highly recommend their friends and others come out here to see what teaching English in Vietnam is like!

I also think that this particular phrase comes up fairly often because they may have had some hesitation, procrastination, or doubt (or all of the above) but then went ahead with it regardless.

This phrase does a good job of capturing that moment of pulling the trigger and committing to this exciting new adventure.

And that’s all there is to it, really. Just making the decision.

As long as you meet the qualifications to be an English teacher in Vietnam, and save up enough to cover the initial start-up costs, then there’s an exact step-by-step process you can follow to ensure you’re successful.
